The reception was good and neat. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including cheese, eggs and bread. Staff were more than helpful, they are all very kind people. An easy walk to the wonderful beach. Apart from that, white sands dive shop was 5 minutes away by driving.

i did not want to leave and would stay here again. very professional staff, convenient check-in and great bar. fabulous view of sea. neat hotel and fantastic service. the location was top, just next door to the beach, cocotal's pier and ambergris caye. .

Absolutely gorgeous, incredible rooms, soft bed, amazingly great staff. And it also had PRICELESS view. Wonderful location to boca del rio. Clean place and admirable service.
